Pig? Nah, at my grandparents’ house, there’s no substitute for the real thing. Ground Groundhog. Grampap used to shoot them as vermin, and Gramma would grind them up. They actually make pretty good burgers.

I’ll tell hubby when he goes on flight test in Glascow later this month he’ll be fed real ground hog, that might actually keep him home!
