It's snowing.

That is all.

I turned my heating on yesterday, for the first time since spring. Humph. That’s all

Where???

Better not be on its way here yet! I’m not ready!

Woke up to snow here. Sigh.

With all the leaves I haven’t raked yet lying on the grass underneath the snow.

Can’t say I envy you, but I probably wouldn’t mind something in between. It’s 84 here right now. Would be a lot warmer but it’s cloudy today.

I got snnowed on two weeks ago … I was in Russia, which is a pretty good excuse.

We hit 89 today in Dallas. So no snow here yet, in fact our air conditioning kicked on. We still have 3 months before we get any hint of the frozen stuff.

Stay warm! Enjoy the fireplace if you have them. I will check in when we get our first frost

It’s not snowing in this part of MN yet, but it’s getting close. Frost is appearing on windshields and the breeze has a sharp bite. Won’t be long now.

I’m sorry. But I feel for you. Last night here it rained. The first good rain of the season. I almost felt like putting long pants on.

Well, it hasn’t snowed here yet. But I did wake up to 41 degrees with a wind chill of 32 this morning.
Can I go back to Tennessee now? (Although my brother said it was 41 in Chattanooga this morning.)

It’s snowing. Yay!

I know it is! Bah… snow… cold shivers Thank goodness I finished my scarf a couple days ago, and raked up all those pesky leaves.

I’m with Muffin, snow is good, snow if right, snow is about time! Still no snow here but it was brisking hiking weather today, in the 40’s with a bit of rime ice showing near the summits.

I drove in a thick fog at night, with visibility just 2 meters. I drove over a lane divider.

That is all.

To NONAME, I’m surprised you didn’t drive over the two parking meters.

Hah. Wimps. We had our first flurries last Wednesday. It’s been dipping into the low 40’s at night for nearly a month.

Granted, it’s also been routinely going up to the high 70’s every day. One of the joys of living at 7500 feet.

I’m not complaining. The sunset I saw today (and yesterday, and the day before, and the day before, etc) alone makes up for it.

We’re getting some snow on the hills near town right now, and it wouldn’t be a bit surprising to get a bit of snow in town tonight. I spent the afternoon rearranging the garage so I can start parking indoors at night, and got a kickass deal on a nice warm coat at the store (more than half off!).

I’m so excited.

Ask me again in four months. I may not be quite so excited.

My thermometer says 36 F right now, and I’m in OH too Lsura. They tell me it doesn’t really snow here though. Just real windy and cold. So I went out and bought two tooks, a sweater, and a down vest today. Hooray for Cabela’s!

No snow here, just cold mucky rain and clouds and shivery wind.

I want snow. :frowning:

Oh geez, you guys can have it! I don’t mean to rain on your parade, but I lived through 38 winters. I know what 30 below feels like. I now live in a place where winter is only cool, with the likelihood of a snowflake falling very slim. I have to say, in all honesty, I prefer it here.

I miss the colors of the changing leaves in the fall, but I don’t miss snow or being freezing cold a bit.
