Well, that was a nice summer…
My Wife just called… It’s snowing at our house. Looks like it’s gonna accumulate too.

Where exactly? Or, what approximate town?
Wow, nice!
It got cool this weekend here in MO, but this week looks to be hot (to me: 88-90 degrees). Think your snow out there will cool us off? I hate the damn heat.
Highs in the high 80s with high humidity here all week will make it feel even warmer. But I’m travelling back to SW Michigan today, where the temperatures will be… about 80 degrees, give or take a few all week. At least it gets cool at night there.
Pretty cool!
His location says “Colorado Rockies” … mountains was my guess when I saw the thread title.
We’ve been plunged into winter here, too, as far as I’m concerned. Today I’m wearing SOCKS.
Here in Florida, it remains hot as freakin’ hell…but I’ll be traveling in the northeast US in a couple of weeks. I really hope it’s going to be fall there!
I can’t wait for winter!
It’s still somewhat warm in Southern Alberta too.
Yay! Love snow!
Yippee! C’mon snow!
Er, except I suppose people who live over 9000 feet aren’t so excited. And I think my tires are kind of smooth. But according to the crickets we should have first snow down in Denver by the first week in October. Still, we need high-country snow to get those elk moving down to where I can shoot them without getting my lazy butt anywhere near timber line.
I think enipla is in Leadville or thereabouts. 10,000 feet (3000 kiloponds, for our metric friends )
Now I’ve got MacReady in my head.
Nice!
We’re still getting into the 80’s here in Santa Fe. I think it’s only dipped down into the 40’s one night so far, which is unacceptable. I want winter!
Hoosier Pass. Basically between Breckenridge and Fairplay (Just north or Alma)
It’s raining where I work, but I’ve heard from a friend that said it was snowing on Vail pass too. She even locked in 4x4.
Kind of nice really. I like gloomy Mondays when you are stuck at work.

Actually 11,200 feet.
Ah, so it does matter.
Warm? It was kinda cool when I went to catch the bus this morning and I didn’t warm up until I ended up on a crammed bus. All that bodyheat.
It’s been jumping up and down though. The weekend was gorgeous…
Weird. I wonder where I got the idea you were in Leadville. I suggest you move so as to conform to my expectations, and I hear the place isn’t nearly as radioactive as it used to be.
Warm for September, although I guess it’s all relative!
Today I woke up and got dressed and went outside and it was freezing! I had to run back in before the alarm ran out of time and grab a jacket!
It was, um, 62 or so. Freaked me the hell out.
Yeah, I can see it from down here, you bastard.
It could just be me. I don’t like the cold much, and I think I’m a little sick, Saturday I was FREEZING most of the day, even though it was quite nice.
