A friend has a new old-computer with Windows 7. She’s adding a couple of new MP3s into her iTunes and they won’t load. What could be the problem & what should she do?

What mechanism did she use to add the .MP3 files to her iTunes library?
What does “they won’t load” mean? Screenshot of error dialog box, or text description of error dialog box, would help.
Tell iTunes to search for new media, or point iTunes to the folder she just added.
File -> “Add File to Library”
-or-
File -> “Add Folder to Library”
Yes, we need to know specifically how she is adding the songs.
She should be able to drag and drop the MP3s into her iTunes library.
