Jackass judge sues dry cleaner for $65 million over lost pants

The legal system needs more for power for cases like this to be dismissed.

I’ve had to deal with a couple who’ve been warned a dozen times to quit filing “Annoy You To Death” lawsuits for crazy sums of money. Twice they’ve been threatened with jail time, but they do it yet again, it works its way through the legal process only to get thrown out again, but no judge wants to follow through on the jail threat.

But this guy is ten times worse than our local version…

Isn’t there a process to declare someone a “vexatious litigant” for shit like that? Whereupon any lawsuit said litigant wishes to file must thereafter be pre-approved by a judge? Or is that something different?
