P.S. Speaking of horrifying news, I just learned that a friend of my mom has got stage 4 stomach cancer. Any prayers for her friend will be very much appreciated. Her friend’s name is Shelia and she starts chemo therapy on March 20th.

Because otherwise He might forget?
But if he is almighty, can he forget?
Anything can happen to a person at anytime and in my opinion, there is no such thing as too much prayer.

Nah, that was a typo. He is actually Al Mighty. He is pretty embarrassed about that and wishes he was almighty so he could fix it. Of course, if he was almighty he wouldn’t have to fix it.
I realize that this is entirely tangential to the rest of the thread but for the record I (and I am sure many of us) hope for the best possible outcome for your mother’s friend.
