dye to mark someone is the answer. i also thought from the warning in the document, it would spray not schmear.
God, Luttig is so boring to listen to. He takes very long pauses between every third or fourth word.
Jeez Luttig! Listening… to him talk… is like… torture!
ETA: Nija’d
I was afraid he was going to have a heart attack and keel over like the psychiatrist in Office Space.
He reminds me of the slow talker from the episode of Night Court where they had to process a large number of cases before midnight.
Interesting how ratings jump significantly every time a new president is elected, and drops significantly when re-elected. Except for Bush, who had been his predecessor’s VP.

I was afraid he was going to have a heart attack and keel over like the psychiatrist in Office Space.
Ok, this cracked me right up. Thanks for the laugh during these enormously weighty proceedings!
Eh, it’s over. Never mind.
Okay, in all seriousness, either Luttig is carefully measuring every word so that there’s no possibility of someone mistaking what he says and accusing him of perjuring himself, or he’s a former stroke victim. If the latter, I’m deeply sorry for complaining.

How about Dewey, Cheetham & Howe?
What about Boyd?

He reminds me of the slow talker from the episode of Night Court where they had to process a large number of cases before midnight.
that is my thinking as well ekedolphin. his speech reminds me of someone who has to concentrate to get words correct and out.

Don could always appear before the committee and clear up any misunderstandings.
Somehow I doubt, “Man woman person camera TV,” is going to do the job.

that is my thinking as well ekedolphin. his speech reminds me of someone who has to concentrate to get words correct and out .
For those of us who are not able to watch live, how’s the substance of what he’s saying?
The substance is substantive. He’s made it very clear that Pence did not have the authority to do anything other than open and count the votes.
good, he is giving good, clear answers. just very slowly and carefully.

his speech reminds me of someone who has to concentrate to get words correct and out.
Or of someone who really doesn’t want to be there and is scared to death that he might incriminate himself.
He seems to be going faster now. Maybe it just takes a while for the oil to warm up and get to all the moving parts.
An old Southernism: “You hear how slow I’m talkin’? That’s how slow I’m thinkin’.”
Boy, Luttig really didn’t like that “unartfully written” comment. lol
I like how they keep pointing out that Al Gore could have pulled the same Vice President stunt in 2000, were this legal.
or quayle should you want a republican version.
judge lutting speaking is like a mix of wm shatner and alan rickman.
