I’m watching on CSPAN’s website with about an hour delay (I didn’t turn it on until 1 pm) and I can change the speed of the playback. Oddly enough, going to 2x speed during Luttig’s speaking doesn’t help at all as the words he says are in typical speed it’s the pauses that make it hard. Changing it to 2x makes him inaudible. I did change to 1.25x and it’s not too bad.
