You still haven’t explained how it wasn’t a conversation.
Maybe he’s one of those Arizona voters who put drugged-out, borderline-retarded Governor Giggles back in office. He’s either embarrassed about what he’s done or, in solidarity with the leader of his state, suspending his higher mental faculties.
It is idiotic to claim that a reporter chasing down a politician and asking questions is a “conversation”. Feel free to continue down the idiotic path.
The impudent cur!
It’s idiotic to claim that your description is an accurate depiction of what the linked video contains. Feel free to continue down your idiotic path of denial, but realize that we all see it for what it is.
Yep, it sure is. A conversation is an oral exchange of ideas, information and/or opinions. If you don’t believe me, look it up. And a press conference is definitely an oral exchange of ideas, information and/or opinions.
Exchange implies both ways. And as I said, anyone who in the desperate defense of Obama’s pettiness gets to the point of claiming that a press conference is a conversation is an idiot. A Monkey With a Gun futilely tried to explain to you your stupidity but you seem to be immune. Casting pearls before the swine etc…
Who really gives a flying fuck if Brewer has walked away from a verifiable “conversation” or not?
If one person won’t stop talking shit and sticking their fingers in someone else’s face, for the person that walks away instead of doing or saying something stupid and sinking to the other person’s level – that’s a win.
If the finger-wagger then accuses the finger-waggee of disrespect for walking away, that’s just the amusingly hypocritical loser trying to find a way to cope with their defeat.
If Brewer had been sticking her finger in my face, I’d have broken it off.
You’re a better man than I am, Gunga Obama.
An exchange happened. The reporter asked Gov. Brewer a question. Asking a question conveys the idea of having insufficient knowledge about something. Gov. Brewer gave an answer in response to the question. Answering a question conveys the knowledge sought by the questioner. That’s the exchange. It’s very clear.
So how is that not a conversation?
The fact that you are unable to articulate any argument to back up your contention says more than you presumably think it does.
I mean, here you are, just uttering denial after denial while I, a mere snowboarder, demolish your pathetic protestations while all these people watch. It must be humiliating for you. Myself, I’m having a great time doing it. It’s making me Let’s go to the quarry and throw stuff down there.
I was all set to make a note about how Terr is just another knee-jerk Oh-I’m-not-a-Republican-No-Sir-but-them-libruls-are-evil guy.
Now, I just want to beat you unconscious with your own search-and-replace function. ![]()
Haven’t watched the video, but assuming it shows something akin to a press conference I can’t say I disagree with Terr on this one.
I haven’t watched the video, or even read the thread, and I don’t even understand the words printed here, but I’m going to have to disagree with you here.
Meant to add: I wonder if she told him this before or after she felt threatened.
Walking away from someone who’s wagging their finger in your face isn’t petty. It’s what you do instead of punching them.
I wouldn’t stand there and let her do that to me, and I’m *not *the leader of the free world.
I think Jim Breuer is hilarious.
Walking away in mid-sentence is just boorishness. The small-minded pettiness was Obama bringing up the perceived slight he received in Brewer’s book.
I bet Obama also egosurfs at night. Little petty man.
When would he get any sleep?
As opposed to wagging your finger in someone’s face, which is pure class.
Of course, I imagine that standing still and letting others berate you probably comprises the majority of your social life.
