I guess we’ll never know what exactly trump’s big plan was if the SS had taken him to the Capitol. Stand on the steps with a bullhorn? Walk in and have himself crowned King Shitgibbon the first? Or maybe do some crowd surfing?
I do think in all seriousness that he envisioned being crowned President For Life in the Senate chambers. Trump is not right in the head.

I’m confident she did not write a word of this. It sounds exactly like The Donald dictating to some flunky. I would not be at all surprised is someone else signed it.
She has the same entitled and smug, condescending sense of perpetual victimhood that her husband does. Though I think she didn’t take part in the coup attempt, I sure as hell hope so and put her ass in prison along with him.
Yes, that signature is eerily similar to her bitter half. I guess making a signature legible is for lesser creatures such as ourselves.

I think it’s just laziness for both of them. Write out actual letters? That’s too much effort.
As a person with a barely* legible signature, I resent these smears against my kind.

I used to have a legible signature. Then I got a job where I had to sign things dozens of time a day. Things smoothed out after that.

The J6C has released a draft of Trumps’ Jan 7 “national healing” remarks – the one in the “outtakes” video. The draft has even more stuff crossed out because Trump couldn’t stomach saying things like “these people belong in jail”.
But what surprised me is something that he left in: that he “immediately deployed the National Guard and federal law enforcement” when he did nothing of the sort.
It’s not as immediately noticeable but I think the most important element was that he refused to say, “these people do not represent me”.
Adding in all other evidence, it seems to be clear that the rioters did represent him (in his own mind) and if their actions are provably criminal then that’s mens rea.
Why does this surprise you in the least? That was his ENTIRE Presidency - “My inauguration crowds were the largest!” when they can EASILY be proven false. He did that again and again and again. Saying the same thing over and over did not make it true, but it made it true in the “minds” (and I use that word loosely) of his followers. He said he immediately deployed the NG; they all believe that he did 'cause he said it.
It must give cult leaders a terrific sense of power when they tell their cult members something that is obviously, provably, known to be false, and they accept this bullshit without question.
