Don’t think I can make it on either of those dates. 6/29 is my b-day, and my woman is taking me away for the weekend. The next weekend is when I get my pedicure.
Kyomara, think expense account and a trip that included Azabu, Shinjuki (passenger pickup), Shibuya (24 hour bank machine) and somewhere in the eastern boonies (my boss’s apartment, where I was staying at the time). Now, if I could just figure out how to claim a Dopefest on my expenses…

Um, never mind. Anyway I have a manuscript deadline at the end of July and a conference August 22-28, so some time during the first 3 weeks of August would be good. Actually early June may be an option as well. How is Osakadave’s schedule?
I’d be up for a Tokyo meeting any time besides the above-mentioned conference and possibly a trip July 21-29.
My next trip is still likely to be June 22 through July 6! I’d be up for something during that period.

Anyway I’ll probably be using a recumbent bike. My trike is more comfortable but it’s probably too low to get a good view from the bridges.
I don’t even know which route I’m taking. If I manage to take enough days off work, I want to take a ferry from Tokyo to Tokushima and ride across Shikoku to Matsuyama (about 200km, I believe). Any other nice routes and destinations around there?
