Japanese text translation

I’m hoping some kind doper can help me.

Long story short; I’ve been asked to order something online in Japan which is turning out quite the ordeal, not speaking the language. Managed to decypher earlier messages about the item not being in stock. Got a notification today but having trouble translating, mainly the part in bold.

As far as I can tell they’re awaiting some kind of confirmation, by me or my credit card company? Or have i completly misunderstood and are they asking/telling me something different? If any japanese speaking/reading dopers could help me, i’d be ever so grateful.

They are just warning you that they will be charging you for the shipping cost, and they want your confirmation that its OK by you to do so. Unless they receive your confirmation that its OK, they wont send the items.

If you do want the items shipped you can tell them you agree with:
ご返事ありがとうございました。

送料の件について了承致しました。

商品の発送をよろしくお願い致します。

If you want to cancel:

ご返事ありがとうございました。

大変申し訳ありませんが、注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。

よろしくお願い致します。

Thanks to you two the items are now underway.
I can’t thank you both enough for your help.
