Mayim is objectively worse at hosting, and I think the fact that we’ve got people openly admitting they’re just forcing themselves to like her for affirmative action reasons supports that point.

If you’re talking about me, that’s not what I said. I like her hosting skills, though I must admit Ken has improved since his start.
Yes, I also think Ken is a better host. I don’t think Mayim is terrible.
I’m not looking back through the thread to find these people. Perhaps you can list a couple of examples to back up this claim?
I don’t care what she wears. Honestly, I don’t even notice what she wears. Ken wears a suit every day, so that’s easy.
I think she’s not as good as Mr. Jennings. But she’s not bad enough to ruin the show for me.
The only complaint I have with Mayim is it still seems she’s waiting for someone to tell her the answer is correct. There’s a noticeable lag.
Picking on her clothes is petty. So, does that me we can start picking on the contestants’ fashion choices, then? Because I could say a lot. 
Yeah, why is that? It’s annoying AF.
Also, in the interviews, she will mostly just end them with “That’s fantastic!” whereas Ken will actually listen to what they’re saying and have a meaningful (and entertaining) follow-up conversation.

These people are entertainers. It’s just as appropriate to comment on their appearance as we might at a movie or concert.
Do y’all remember when she was on What Not to Wear? That was pre-Amy Farrah Fowler.
There’s no doubt Mayim is an odd-looking duck, but I think her grooming is fine.
The mini-interviews is where Jennings shines the most over all other hosts, although I’ll concede that is but a small part of hosting.

We watch the show for entertainment. So, yes, I think so.
That’s not how I have ever heard the term “entertainer” used before and it seems really bizarre to call contestants on Jeopardy “entertainers.”
Mayim was channeling her inner Edith Prickley tonight.
I interpreted Jaycat’s comment as referring to the HOSTS.
I think she is waiting for the Judges to rule because she is new to hosting and doesn’t want to make a mistake either way.
She was replying to a comment that specifically was talking about the contestants.
I’m sure that is why, but there is no lag when Ken is hosting and I don’t remember noticing it happening with any of the guests hosts last year either. Just Mayim.
