Beef jerky is one of my new favorite snacks, as my diabetic friend introduced it to me.
Although I have to say, I’ve never heard of anyone jerking their own beef. Is it easy to do?

I make my own jerky (:rolleyes: ).
Soak strips of a good roast overnight in Worchestire sauce with: salt, black pepper, red pepper, a little garlic powder, and whatever else I can find in the spice cabinet. Sorry I don’t have a recipe with amounts, but I just throw in however much I think it needs. It’s really good though.
