It’s all true. Jim Morrisson faked his own death on July 3, 1971. He had a fake body made up, got a doctor to pronounce him dead, had a funeral and burial. He was all set.
Then he got hit by a truck crossing the street two weeks later. Pretty ironic.

There are several of us trying to break out this truth. The Museum of Hoaxes was developed over several years before the plug was pulled. If you read the last few posts, it seems like Cliff Morrison’s exmanager.
High Mountain Rogue is a website developed by David Logan who was Jim's friend in Oregon for several years. He posts actual pictures of Jim now and then.
I don’t know who MJHDC is, but they too use youtube to plea with viewers to open their minds and hearts and use a little intellect towards the Jim case.
Dozens of names are posted in the credits of Gerald Pitts' Jim Morrison Redeemed video and 10 years later none have complained. I have spoken with some of them and they think it could be Jim.
Jim almost did die along the way because of the damage he did to himself as a DOOR and afterwards. His wife Dr. Marsha is the main reason we still have him alive today.
If readers here just dislike Jim because of the things he said or him being a druggie I say that's fine just put your cards on the table. But what I am objectively seeking out here is any information on who Bill Loyer is, why he and those who have met him say that it's Jim, and what should be done to the remaining DOORS for having covered it up all these years.So, Jlizard, can you tell us why “they” are trying to cover up the fact that Morrison is alive? I think between Jim’s high iq and enormous drug usage he was really tough to work with so a lot of people breathed a sigh of relief when he faked his death. Then the legend took a life of its own for a bit, but by the time Oliver Stone’s movie came out the DOORS had been forgotten- superceded by 80s type of music and other bands. Stone’s movie opened the door for rock and roll to come back and shortly thereafter you had STP, Nirvana, Pearl Jam and about a dozen others making it to center stage.
Ian Ashberry from the Cult was called in to be the (sued for 6 milllion dollar) Doors of the 21st Century and most critics say this was the worst second chance attempt in the history of rock in roll. Without a doubt the DOORS did not want to steal limelight or revenue from the Jim Morrison DOORS… but Ray and Robbie just wanted a job for themselves to keep the DOORS fire raging.
In 2006 the pseudo Doors scheduled a concert in the remote mountains of Oregon, less than an hour from where Bill Loyer lives. I saw it posted on their website then I saw them mysteriously cancel it. Gerald Pitts told me that since Bill Loyer didn’t contact them at that time and agree to do things on their terms they had no reason to go thru with it.
When you research how long Cliff Morrison has been friends with Morrison’s direct family and performing with Robby Krieger’s son Waylon and how little press this has gotten you realize that something doesn’t make sense here. I don’t like the idea of making someone take a dna test as to me it is scary what scientists can do with dna and i think this should only be done in homicide and perhaps paternity suits.
Bill has told me personally, over the phone, that he appreciates my efforts in letting fans who loved him know that he’s still alive. This is why I continue. Thanks.

What is it that you feel that scientists can do with DNA that is scary? You feel it can be used to prove a person has commited homicide, or fathered a child. Why do you not believe it can prove someone is or is not who they say they are?

Maybe. But you have to think that if Jim/Bill wants to get the word out that he’s still alive, he could do it himself a lot more effectively. Why doesn’t he just announce it at a press conference?
