Does anyone beside me miss this very prolific songwriter/entertainer?
I post this message here from time to time to see if anyone knows where Joe is. I was his drummer for a very short time in 1969, but he fired me as he fired most everyone.

According to this, he’s “semi-retired and living in Atlanta.” However, it also says he’s 68, and I don’t think that’s right.

I miss him too. One of his songs went straight to my emotional being----DON’T IT MAKE YOU WANNA GO HOME.

I agree—there’s no way that he’s 68. IMDP says he was born in ‘42’.
