Why does JCoM need a change of directors? I think he’s a fine poster and member of our community, just as he is. 
As usual the link didn’t tell the whole truth. As we all know, women call the really important shots in deals like this. Dejah Thoris got pissed at Conran when he wanted to stick us doing a threesome with Paris Hilton into the movie. Can’t say as I blame Dejah for getting PO’ed about that, although personally I wouldn’t have objected too much.
Now this new guy, Favreau or whatever, he wants us to do the three thingy with Ashley Judd, and Dejah’s on board with that selection. Me, I can’t wait to get the film rolling. Maybe we’ll have to do that one scene several times before we we “get it right”. I mean, Ashley Judd naked and covered in red ochre dust: WHOA!

So, basically, we’ve got a third director who’s mostly been a comedy actor making this film after Rodriguez and Conran quit/were canned on the project. Sounds very unpromising. Really, really Not Good. The only bright spot was that Favreau seems to be very interested in the original source material. Balancing that, he doesn’t care for CGI.
I’m thinking “turkey.”
