Even if he collected Barbie dolls, what’s wrong with that? If Jimmy Stewart collected Barbies, he would still be a hero for his service in WWII. It’s not relevant that I don’t think Barbie dolls are worth collecting.
How about two fake tough guys battling it out?
Who would win – the Duke or Ahnuld?
Oh The Duke would take Ahnuld. He’d even take Superman. He was John Wayne, remember? lol
I despise Chuck Norris. Therefore, in my universe, Steve Urkel can beat him.
Cite? (that you actually talk to women.) (blow up ones don’t count)
I don’t give a shit about Wayne one way or the other, but the way you continually conflate interest in stereotypically feminine interests with weakness and/or cowardice is really vile.
Funny line from a lame movie… but Elvis never went to war. Yes, he reported to the US Army when he was drafted, but this was during peacetime. Elvis did his hitch without ever seeing any combat.
Did you just congratulate yourself there?
It’s not my fault 80% of the country believe what they see in movies. You have to remember it was only movies.
I, for one, don’t believe John Wayne was actually Ghengis Khan.
I’m not talking about movies, I’m talking about your behavior in this thread.
Sorry
What’s ridiculous is how people are talking about who would whip who in a movie. The answer is simple- However the script reads.
I blew your girlfriend up
No, it was for someone else that said Wayne was a fake.
Ahnuld famously went AWOL to compete in his first bodybuilding competition, spending a week in a military prison upon returning with the win.
No, it’s more like we’re just having fun. Lighten up, Francis.
Oh, and it’s kachinA dolls, not kachinI. I believe Barry Goldwater collected them as well. And no, they’re nothing like Barbies. (BTW, big tough guys can get away with anything they want, as far as I’m concerned. If a big tough guy wants to dance around in a tutu and tiara, he’s earned that right)
Pardon me, I didn’t know you Duke fans were sleeping with him.
Actually, I’ve never been that big of a fan of his. Seriously dude, what’s your issue?
I have no issue with him other than he was a fake hero. You have to remember he was only a tough guy in his movies. He wrote letters of deferment in WWII and everyone raves on about what a big tough hero he was. I did like his westerns but just thinking about him in a war movie makes me want to vomit. I do like what he (supposidly) stood for. This country could use more people with the same ideas and values even if they are only Hollywood created like Wayne. We really need that now especially with the socialist pimps and bull daggers we have in office at the present.
