The Duggar’s have taken it upon themselves to use the government to dictate what is OK for other families. They are the ones to put themselves in the public spotlight. Their hypocrisy deserves to be exposed and they deserve to by dragged through the mud for it.
- They hold themselves up as living a highly moral life.
- Jim has stated that he believes that child molesters should be executed.
- Their believe that allowing molestation is part of The Gay Agenda. And that gays (and the transgendered) are the ones preying on children. (Does that mean Josh is gay?)
- They covered up the crime and did nothing to actually get their son any help nor any help for the victims.
- Ever since this came out, all their concern has been for Josh. Little has been said about the girls.
- They’re hypocrites.

I must admit, that leaves me scratching my head some. In what way do Josh’s transgressions against these girls NOT fit under the heading of “sexual assault?” And, by extension, make them “victims of sexual assault?” Taken at face value, it sounds like you’re asserting that nothing they have said applies to Josh’s victims. 
I’d be interested in learning what has led you to view it as UNreasonable.
