The judge is a woman. Her fiance, a man, paid another woman so that he could have sex with her (the other woman) and her daughter (age 8). Yeah, it confused me, too.
Female judge. Her fiance(male) paid some other woman to have sex with said other woman’s 8 year old daughter. No mention is made if the judge had any knowledge of the events.
