Ever since I arrived here, about a month ago, I have been seeing a variety of “getting to know you” threads. They range from short biographies and curricula vitae to favorite bands, movies, TV shows, and many other probings into your private lives.
Here’s another one.

I don’t really have one - I’ve pretty much cut snack foods out and they don’t appeal anymore. If I had to pick one, I’d say Fritos, but I only get those when I make a pot of chili.

It’s all coke, and I only drink diet coke.

I usually avoid the 24-hour stations. If I flip on something like that it’s either the Weather Channel or CNN

Snack food: Doritos Nacho Cheese or sour cream and onion potato chips. When I bother to snack, that is.
Soft drink (and by the way, is it pop, soda, coke, or something else): I thought “soft drinks” WERE pop or soda of some kind, i.e., nonalcoholic carbonated beverages. Of these I sometimes drink Coke or Sprite. But really I prefer to drink coffee or fruit juice.
TV News program or channel: I watch ABC Eyewitness News in the morning for about 20 mins while drinking my morning coffee on work days. Otherwise I don’t watch the news at all.

Favorite place to sail: Chesapeake Bay, on any non-holiday. For some reason, holidays tend to bring out all the idiots.

It’s a tie between chocolate and vanilla–I do like them together on a cone, in a twist.

Red Mountain Dew. I call this whole category of drink “soda.”

I tend to jump back and forth between most of them (CNN, C-SPAN, FOX, MSNBC, ETC.). No real favorite.

No preference.

To play? Volleyball I guess. To watch? Probably hockey. I’m not a big sports fan, though.

I used to like kick-boxing. I like to watch regular boxing.

I was at this really neat park near–I think–Dinosaur, Colorado when I was a little kid. There were giant dinosaurs everywhere. It was pretty cool. I don’t know the park’s name, though, or if it was a state park, national park, or what.
