So life sucks, why? I’ve no goodly idea, it just does 
Life’s been sucking alot more lately. I’ve noticed it usually starts out bright and shiny but as the day progresses the suckiness of life starts to grow.
I’m really hoping that life is sucking a great deal more because I’ve got PMS. Really, really hoping I’ve got PMS because my period is now 5 days late and dear god I’ve already got a 10 week old baby so please spare me another screaming infant.
I’d sit down and eat a bag of chocolate to try and cure the general suckiness of life but I tried that yesterday and it just made me sick (which sucked even more).
If I was to be Pollyanna and try and see something good about all this sucking it is that at least someone might get a blow job out of it. But even sucking can suck. Besides what is a suck without a lick?

This could be post-partum depression, you know. That could get pretty serious. Maybe you should talk to a professional?
As for the PMS, I don’t have children, am not a woman, am not a doctor and am probably talking out of my ass right now, but isn’t period disruption normal for a few months after giving birth?
The first thought that pops into my head, and no doubt into many others, is post-natal depression. Have you looked into this at all? Sorry you’re feeling so sucky.

My wife’s periods weren’t “normal” for a while after giving birth, so that’s probably not a big deal. But I ditto the PPD risk and hope you get through this soon…
Post-natal depression, Yikes! Don’t scare me, I don’t want that. Not that not wanting something every stopped it happening.
Got an appointment to see my ‘health care professional’ and get this sorted - actually the appointment was to get the period thing sorted but think maybe the suckyness thing could do with some sorting at the same time.
I was thinking the period disruption was freaky post-pregnancy stuff but I went back on the pill straight away so it should be back to normal.
Gotta say for a quick pick me up the SDMB is amazing. Feel much better for having had a whinge and reading some of the threads in the Pit makes my life seem great.
