I took a chance putting them away in early March, but well, that was too early. We got the early April blizzard.
So I’m hoping today that winter’s over, and tucked them away in the winter Storage area.
Until mid-October, likely.
The news said BC set a Canadian record with a high of 46 degC in the interior. The map is red from Whitehorse to Calgary. It may be somewhat cooler on the prairies but I’m guessing the snow won’t be returning for a third time (we had weeks of 20 degC temperature in Ontario in February and March with intervening flakes).
It snowed a little here yesterday morning. And the mountain (14000 feet) across the valley got a light dusting last night.
I never got my winter boots out this year. Everything delivered, or at worst brought to our car in the market parking lot. Underground garage with automatic opener. In lobby mailroom. Just never got out.
