I suspect Putin may have been bumping up the DJT stock price last week (currently plummeting). I also suspect Putin was one of the folks putting money on Trump in the betting markets last week (currently plummeting). Putin may also have been behind some of the crap polling that was showing Trump in the lead last week.
The Republican Party is now pretty much The Putin Party.

Honestly, it was really funny and kinda perfect.
Great SNL opening! Made me laugh out loud, a few times. “Kinda perfect” sums it up well, especially now.

This has got to get under Trump’s skin because – as much as he may play Floridian – he always has and continues to measure himself in terms of acceptance by New York institutions. All the effort puts into denouncing SNL and the New York Times just betrays how deeply he feels being spurned by these NYC outlets.
But he actually hosted the show during the 2016 election. I don’t think he is focused enough to even do a cameo now.
Beat line of the skit was “I can open doors”. Nice little double meaning. I wish they hadn’t explained it.
It was a nice surprise! Kamala is so much cooler than Donald, any day of the week.
I’m glad they did. It flew right over my head until they explained it. Then, later in the show, they showed Trump unsuccessfully trying to open the garbage truck’s door, and I got it fully.
I watched it and didn’t know who Samberg was playing until he said his character’s name.

Presumably his Democratic opponents, but if he was a fine upstanding guy they might have thought he was an okay dude for a Republican.
