They’re certainly enhanced by what she’s wearing, but they look natural to me. Fake breasts aren’t breast-shaped: The fake ones tend to be hemispherical, with a sharp bend from flat chest to straight out, while real ones have more of a smooth curve to them on top. As for the lift she’s getting from her blouse, I can’t say I blame someone with breasts like that for choosing to emphasize them.
