I taped the whole album backwards and listened to it very closely; I was the first among my crowd to decipher that part. Also note that she doesn’t say “you won’t hear me” but “you can’t hear me”–present tense. Everything said underneath is to indicate that she’s there, in the house: she’s “left her body,” clinging to the rock in the sea, to go home and ask for help, but no one can see her or hear her. . . . Or can they? “We see you here.”
