The punishment for the act seems light to me. $100.00 fine? For such a disgusting, hateful act that not only targeted a grown man, but his two young sons?

I have a policeman friend who never buys prepared food while in uniform, for precisely this reason.

Why on earth wasn’t the employee named as a defendant? The stupid little shit deserves a lot more than a $100 fine.

I’m having visions of that restaurant scene in Super Troopers.
