They say the good die young - this prick will probably be the first to live 20 years with the disease.
My bet is he heads to a hospital in Shanghai. I’m sure they have some very modern treatments there. I know they deal with liver diseases there quite a bit, but I could see him going there to get treatment for his disease.
And yes, I’m sure there is a mix of dancing and singing combined with dread over what his son will be like…if the N. Koreans even know he’s ill, that is.
I thought he died in 2007, and everything we’ve seen since was a combination of edited photographs, and dummies made of plaster and twine.
That’ll get you fifty-five years in a labor camp. Five years for slander and fifty years for revealing a state secret.
I don’t normally wish death on anyone- let alone such a bad way to go- but if anyone deserves it, Kim Jong Il does.

From what I’ve read, a lot of people think that his son, Kim Jong-Un, will just be a puppet. The real person in charge will be Chang Sung-taek, Kim Jong-il’s brother-in-law. There is speculation that Chang Sung-taek is already running a lot of things behind the scenes, and has been for some time, especially since Kim Jong-il’s stroke.
Chang Sung-taek is a fairly ruthless guy. I would expect more of what we’ve been seeing lately out of North Korea.
Thank God he doesn’t have Alzheimers. We would be looking at some really crazy stuff for years if his sanity got compromised.
How horrible, noone deserves something like that; I hope doctors can remove the cancer so it doesn’t have to suffer being inside Lil’ Kim.

When NK started working on their model rocketry project double-time, I wondered if perhaps Kimmy hadn’t found he had a terrible disease, and wanted to try and extend one last middle finger to the U.S. before he died.
