I’ve found that if people can fall asleep during it, it wasn’t really that important after all. (Few meetings ever are.)

My experience in this area is minimal, but I’d expect that ‘don’t fall asleep in meetings with a brutal dictator’ would be fairly common knowledge.
I’ve been in meetings so boring that death seemed like an acceptable alternative.
I suspect a buzzard flew in, took a quick look, decided there was nothing big enough to bother with, and flew off.
Bear in mind that in reality it probably meant something like “passed out under torture while Kim Jong-Un watched.”

Actually, it says he was hit by the gun. Maybe they were towing the gun somewhere and when it turned the barrel swung around and dragged him out back, tied him to a stake, and shot him in the head several times.

They should have executed the guy who caused him to fall asleep. “Kim Jong Un executed one of his junior ministers last week, for presenting 45 boring-as-hell Powerpoints to a Cabinet meeting, and just reading his bullet points right off of the slides.” I’d be going “Yay Kim” and maybe even thinking about moving to North Korea.
