Ladies, can you recommend a good sleep bra?

I have always been one of those women who likes to whip off her bra and put on PJs as soon as possible after getting home from work. That was working great for me until recently, when I started some medication that is making my poor boobies puffy and tender. When I take my bra off, they hurt. I bought a soft cotton bra at Target, hoping it would help, but it’s not really enough support for my big ol’ Ds.

I’ve seen in the “what do you wear to sleep” threads that some of the bustier Doper ladies are partial to sleep bras. Are there any brands/styles you’d recommend? Ones I should avoid?

Bumping this just in case anyone can help.

I wear Playtex wireless bras I got at Target – they’re super comfortable. Link

E: I’m a 34D or 34DD, and I have both a Medium and a Large in this bra, and both fit equally well (I just wear the Large on the smallest hooks).

Do you have any sport bras? Those are my favorite bras to sleep in. (Don’t remember the specific brands I have, but sports bras in general are more likely to support your bust without having underwire, hooks, or other things that could poke you uncomfortably.)

Sam’s Club is selling Bali Comfort Revolution bras right now. They come in two packs and come in sizes S, M, L, and XL instead of regular bra sizes. They’re comfy and provide some support… no underwires, less compression than a sports bra. I wouldn’t hesitate to sleep in one, though they don’t do enough to be my “daytime” bras. I’m a D also fwiw.

That just might be the ticket. I’ll see if I can find them this weekend and try them on.

The problem with the sport bras I have is that they squeeze a little too much. I guess I could try going up a size to see if it would squeeze less but still support a little.

This might work for you: The Ah Bra available at Walgreen’s. You can usually find them on the rack [Ba-dum-BUMP!] where they have the assortment of “as advertised on TV” gadgets. The price is certainly right.
