I’m not jealous of him. I’ve had women taken away from me by uglier men, so there is no bad blood here, but I think that he’s fairly unhandsome. Actually, for the first jillion times I saw him, I didn’t recognize him, so I thought that he was bland. Bland, unhandsome, ho-hum, that’s what I see when I see him.
Ladies, is he handsome, or does he just ooze testosterone?
Well, you actually can vote downright ugly if you want. I laughed at your witticism, but I had to mentally change the topic quite quickly, because I didn’t want to dwell on another male’s testicle, and/or it’s ooze capacity.
What is this question predicated on? It sounds like you assume that lots of women find him attractive. Although he doesn’t seem to have any problems attracting high-profile girlfriends, I can’t say that I’ve ever personally heard any woman say that they thought he was attractive.
I vote “not attractive.” He’s not hideous or anything, but just blah.
In my hetero man opinion he’s not that good looking, and nether for that matter is Michael Phelps the champion swimmer, both are very mediocre looking face handsomeness wise, but their physiques are amazing. When you are in that kind of shape it makes up for a lot.
No lady, not female. In my totally subjective opinion:
Armstrong is good looking, but not hot (and he’s only good looking if you ignore the kind of person he apparently is). Phelps is hot, but not good looking (his legs are disproportionally short, and he has the hairline of a chimp).
And I really don’t care how many testicles they have.
I have to say that I don’t find him particularly attractive (or studly) either. I don’t generally get attracted to random celebrities, so this is not a surprise, but I had assumed that he’d rate higher among the general populace. Interesting that he’s getting all these thumbs down.
I do find Phelps mildly attractive, but that’s mostly because he seemed like a nice guy during the Olympic fluff pieces. His features are bland at best, and slightly monkey-ish at worst.
I don’t like his looks much, but I imagine he has charisma in person.
He left his first wife, the mother of his three kids, and it sticks with me because his ex used to write articles in Runner’s World, and it sounded like she still thought he would come back to her someday. It was sad. Plus, it’s always irksome when a man tells the world that he’s finally found his soulmate–when his three kids, the children of the first wife, can read and hear him say that.
I’ve never thought about this question before now, because I am not in any way attracted to jocks, especially ones with short hair. Muscles and stuff like that just make me go “ew”. Thus, I would have to say “neither”, to the OP.
He’s got a nice body, which is lean and not over muscled which a lot of people like better than over muscly. His face is fine, nothing to make you sigh, but nothing to gross you out.
OK face + Good Body + Healthy Bankbook + Celebrity Status = Catch
