I don’t see how being accomplished in anything can NOT be sexy, be it cooking, playing an instrument, repairing cars. I find it all sexy.
Of course, if I had to rank it, I think a man who can build things from scratch is the most sexy. Carpentry is very appealing.
Re: Doing dishes.
I hate doing dishes.
But I don’t like other people to do them. I had a roommate who did the dishes once. Looked like he just rinsed them. I had to do them over again. A random group of us would get together once a week, and one of my friends washed her own plate. She missed a spot. I’m not a ‘clean freak’ by any stretch of the imagination. But I do want my tablewear to be spotless. I think it’s a trait I picked up from dad, who never wanted anyone else to do his dishes.

They demand sober focus, and I put it to you that that’s what excites a woman’s inner desires.
As others have said, it is that “cooking together” thing that does it for me. Yes. Oh, yes. Yes, yes, YES! Put that marinara on low heat and let’s get back to it later…
This is one of only twice in my life I have had a cooking guy around, and it is deliciously sexy. My favorite part is when he plans meals ahead and consults me about them, then recalls every word of advice I gave him (a different herb to try, a new veggie to add in, etc.) and actually takes that advice! He “gifts” me with roasted garlic cloves, homemade hummus, different cheeses he knows I may like, fruit desserts.
In return, he gets any kind of affection he wants, whenever he wants it.
Works for me.

Yowza. I was a recipient of some of that Spiced Peach Jamm, and lemme tell ya’ll, it was darn good. To be with a guy who could do that? Well, I’m not sure I could handle it. 
Who am I kidding? I’d find a way.
