I’ve heard Alonzo Bodden on the Bob and Tom radio show. I think I’ve heard John Heffron there, too, but I’m not positive about that.
I did think Dat Phan was funny, but I think Ralphie May should have won the first season.

I agree with everyone else. Because of who they picked for the finalists (the pregnant new york girl? come on!), I have decided that I won’t be watching the rest of this one.
Was anyone else cringing, though, when one of the guys was talking about how ridiculous plastic surgery is? Dude! Kathy Griffin is judging you!!!
FYI, the latest episode is airing again tonight on Bravo at 11:00am Eastern, for those who missed it (like I did).
Mike Bocchetti was my favorite guy this season. He didn’t even have to open his mouth to be funny…cmon, it doesn’t get any better than seeing a live action Hank Hill on stage. Instead they pick the girl who makes fart jokes about exercising.
This show should have stayed cancelled.
Everybody should check out Ralphie May’s CD. It’s the funniest stand up routine I’ve heard in years (and as was previously pointed out, due to being on NBC, most comics can’t do their best material…such was the case with Ralphie)
Good god, these people are all. so. lame.
Earlier this evening, I said to my husband, “Oh, Last Incredibly Unfunny Person Standing is on tonight.” I was pretty much spot on, although some of them did seem a little better.
Still, not at all sad to see those 2 go.
“I know I’m funnier than Ant.” Heh.
That was the only time I laughed tonight.
Me too. But it’s almost not fair – Bil Dwyer actually is funny. Well, he was on “Battlebots,” anyway. What the hell does he need this gig for? Does someone owe him a favor, and this is the only way that they can pay up without raising suspicions in the back office or something?
Glad that Stella was the first one out. I wish we could have seem some of the behind-the-scenes with her, because it’s hard for one person to piss off everyone that quickly, and yet she managed somehow. How, I wonder? I mean, besides just being as she is?
I’m another one of those people who likes Josh Blue and hopes he does well. He’s not only funny, he seems nice. Doesn’t count for much, but still.
I like him, too. I thought he and Chris, his heckling partner, were hilarious. They both heckled and responded to the heckles equally well. “My mom’s dead. You sick bastard!” Hee!
I don’t know why the audience thought that Roz was the best heckler. I thought she was among the worst. She just kept saying “Bitch!” over and over.
I agree that Roz was the least creative in her heckling. What was the audience thinking? I don’t like her. But Stella definitely deserved to go home. As did the redhead, whats-her-name?
I thought Josh and Chris were very funny. And I like Michele, too. My kind of broad!
They have chosen the most stupidest audiences ever to do the voting. Apparently they took audience voting into account – at least partially – in casting this season, which is how we’ve ended up with Stereotypes On Parade on the boat.
This actually explains a lot, particularly in the second week of the semi-finals. I mean, come on – Rebecca Corry? She is so not funny, it’s not even funny. She doesn’t even look funny. But Nikki Payne was really good – so what happened? That duct tape bit had me in stitches.
Who isn’t?
WRT the audience voting during the selection process, I believe they only used the audience to get the “capitalone audience choice (or whatever).” I bet the producers still have the final say as to who was picked for the show. Wasn’t that the reason for the whole Drew Carey hubbub previously? My assumption is they picked people based on what would cause the most conflict on the boat – and that is why Stella was chosen. Probably Nikki Payne was too nice of a person same with that bald guy, or the ex-teacher guy.
I am rooting for Bill Dwyer or Chris Porter. Something in my memory says Bill is very good at thinking on his feet, probably something from battlebots that made me laugh. And Chris, because he’s a Kansas City boy. WooHoo! By the way, I previously rooted for John Heffron because I was living in the Detroit area (see how well that worked).
I’d argue that it was the producers who pushed for the house stereotypes.
So having not watched this show this season I was shocked to see that my old friend from college, Josh Blue is on it. Good for him. He’s a funny guy. And despite the CP… a good soccer player.
Wow, you know him? He was hilarious in the first couple of episodes.
I don’t get it either. Were it up to me Chris would have gotten it for heckling, and Josh for being funniest. They were the funniest part of the episode without a doubt.
Is anyone else thrilled to see April and Stella taken out in one fell swoop? Michelle’s act wasn’t particularly funny, but at least it was stronger than either of the most irritating chicks picked.
I pretty much just want to shoot myself, and Adam Fucking Corrola, and Rebecca Fucking Coury and stupid fucking Gabriel just because he grates on my nerves.
Most of all, I just hate myself for continuing to watch this.
And Anthony Clark is just the anti-funny, so I guess it makes sense that he would be the host of this trainwreck.
