Last Survivor Before the Finale (Predictions)

Sorry, I don’t know where the episode titles come from, so I jinxed the show.

To make up for it, I’ll pay the subscription for the first person to correctly predict the final four ousters in order.

The final five are Amanda (Miss Montana), Courtney (skinny waitress), Denise (lunch lady), Peih-Gee (the Asian one), and Todd (gay Morman flight attendant).

I have no inside information and don’t read spoilers, so this is pure speculation. There is one more twist coming tonight, one more favorite to be blindsided. This means Peih-Gee makes the final four. The only two I see capable of orchestrating a sucessful blindsiding are Amanda and Todd, and Todd seems too unstable. I predict Amanda gets Todd out tonight.

There is one more immunity challenge after that, and it is endurance. Courtney wins this over Peih-Gee just because she is so little. Amanda and Denise have no shot in a final immunity. Courtney gets rid of the only strong competitor left, Amanda, and brings Denise and Peih-Gee to the final. Courtney wins it all, with Peih-Gee getting one or two votes and Denise maybe one (James).

So: 5) Todd 4) Amanda 3) Denise 2) Peih-Gee $1M) Courtney

I guess 2 and 3 are a tie, so as long as you pick 1, 4, and 5 correctly you win.

Hard to believe it’s all over this week.

I’d like to see 1) PG win immunity, and/or 2) Todd get booted by Amanda.

But, I don’t expect either to happen. So I say that PG is out tonight, then Denise ousted at F4. Then you have Courtney, Amanda and Todd in the final vote. Amanda wins the $1M, with Todd getting several votes, and Courtney one or none.

Why James, you ask? He’s got 2 HIIs! He’d have to be kind of a moron to not play one the week before last and get voted off… that certainly couldn’t happen.

I crossed her off my list because she didn’t know the capitol of China, but she stormed back as my fantasies focused on being in a sandwich made up of Amanda and her sister. Even better would be a club sandwich with Todd’s sister. So, jinxing here completely I pick Amanda to win it all.

In order PG, Denise, Courtney, Todd, Amanda

Denise will find a way into the final 2 while Todd will convince the rest of the Jury that Amanda was a back-stabbing bitch (Albeit a beautiful back stabbing bitch) and Denise’s near anonymity will be her saving grace along with winning a challenge or two that will finally be in her roundhouse. And I will be totally fine if anyone else (except for that anorexic bitch Courtney) wins top spot.

Is it wrong for me to hope that Amanda doesn’t win, so she will accept the offer from Playboy she is sure to get after the finale?

So there are three more tribal councils left (which would include the final.) Doesn’t that mean that there will be 8 on the jury? I thought it was normally an odd number so there would be no chance at a tie?

It also makes it sound like there’s going to be a Final 2 again.

Thank goodness Peih Gee is gone. I really don’t mind if any of the remaining ones win, but I am actually kind of rooting for Courtney now. She’s definitely grown on me.

Its ok, I’ll take equal ownership, I shouldn’t have been reading the thread. It started as a “predictions” thread, and I wasn’t thinking it would become the weekly thread, which in retrospect was obvious. Thanks for the apology.

OK, weekly observations:

  • PG out, as predicted by many. That lady sure knows how to dig her own grave. “I’m a positive person” ?

  • I notice that Courtney has caught the “Amanda’s fuzzy butt” virus. I didn’t think C even had a butt.

  • Why did everyone give Courtney arrows? Maybe they thought she was the worst shot, and therefore a safe arrow repository? I wouldn’t think she’d be the worst shot, considering she did well last time (but not this time) with the throwing stars.

  • I’m with Amanda and PG on the “bitching about their reward” train. What a bunch of whiners (or at least Todd and Courtney, Denise was tactfully taciturn, from what I noticed).

  • James and Todd were certainly finalists in the Most Goofy Face competition at TC.

  • If Denise doesn’t win immunity next (a fairly safe bet), she’s out on her mullet. Then we get Todd, Amanda, Courtney for F3. Amanda wins if Todd really has pissed off enough people. C will be an also-ran.

Do we know if its a final 2 or 3 this time? If the latter, it seems like the final show will drag a lot, there’s not enough to fill the time slot. Then again, the final show does drag quite a lot most times.

Me, too. That reeks of a sense of entitlement.

I almost started to feel sorry for PG until she auditioned for the whiny bitch award. I know it must be hard, but sometimes in this game you just have to S-T-F-U.
