Did anyone else see this episode?
Goran’s father might be a serial killer.
I believe the series is set to come back in the fall…so how long before Bobby has a meltdown?

I liked it but it was a bit disjointed, not as good as their best. I did wish they had more pictures of a young Rita Moreno, woof. Even the current Rita Morena not made up as a cancer patient can turn my head.
I also wish they had more Tony Goldwyn, he’s always good.
I was a bit tired by the end, I’m I right in understanding that:
“Uncle Mark” was trying to prove Bobby into killing him so that he would have control over his death?
In the fall they’re going to show the new episodes on USA first then show repeats on NBC. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of the end for the show, I still enjoy it.
I was of two minds about the episode. I thought the basic story worked quite well*, but I have no use for the twist involving Goren.
Has anyone heard if D’Onofrio will be back next year? Wouldn’t surprise me if he leaves - he’s been a part-timer for a year and a half now, and this episode provides a handy excuse for his departure. (In related news, the paper today quotes some NBC exec saying that Fred Thompson almost certainly will not return next year.) But without a Goren-like character, the show is just another plain-vanilla Law and Order (as Chris Noth so ably demonstrates).
*Except the bit where Goren puts a prisoner in a choke hold and the prison guard just stands there chewing his cud
Vincent D’Onofrio is the ONLY reason I watch this show. I would be sad if it’s the last year, but there’s plenty of reruns to go around.
I would love it if they created some sort of spin off show involving just Goren, his character is that compelling and D’Onofrio’s acting is just that good.
I agree about D’Onofrio. He’s the whole reason to watch. I don’t even watch the ones with Chris Noth in it, I’ve had it to the gills with Logan’s antics.
I agree, but only if they bring his partner with him. They have good chemistry.
