Laws governing cremation remains

The sister is the deceased, so I doubt she feels guilty. Or much of anything.

My two cents: Greg should mail him a small amount of ashes (a little litter box added in would be harmless), but NOT let his BIL show up at the door to collect them. It might be an invitation to more demands or intimidation.

Yeah, I’m just looking for legal precedent. Like, has anyone ever actually successfully sued for something as trivial as ashes.

I can assure you G isn’t giving this guy squat. And he’s not worried about it in the least. He was laughing as he told me the guy threatened to sue. I’m sure he took great delight telling him to perform an unnatural act upon himself. He’s not appeasing him with anything, bag of shit or otherwise.
