This stuff is legal, yet actual marijuana is illegal. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Aren’t our drug laws FUN!!!
I’m in the military and “spice” is a favorite among co-workers and I’ll even admit that I tried it back in the day. The high to me was similar to Marijuana and it was usually enjoyable the only problem with it was it on occasion caused extreme paranoia.

as for the legal herb, in my experience it’s complete crap. i bought it once, i think it was k2 or one of the knockoffs. the buzz is similar to pot, but mine came with an immediate bout of extreme paranoia. not to mention that the stuff i bought cost about twice what actual pot goes for around here. i’m not even much into that anymore. moment’s passed, i guess. but seriously, just smoke pot if you can get away with it, k2 is a shitty substitute.
I have smoked items like this before… Funky Monkey is what I liked. It is nothing short of marijuana. The problem I have with this, any person who is able to buy cigarettes ( legal to buy or not ) can buy this as well. I do support marijuana for those that are adults and can handle it. So if your kid did come across this, be careful she could have gotten it herself or from friends. And just in case you wanted to know… Unlike weed that stays in your system for up to 60 days ( 60 days only for heavy users ), This stuff is outta your system with in a week of no usage. This stuff is outright illegal in many states now, including Illinois, so further discussion of how to get it is in violation of the board rules against promoting illegal activity, I believe.
Before it gets closed, let me just add that as time went on - and very quickly - the (then legal) stuff that I was experimenting with got way too scary to continue. As one chemical was banned, another slightly different one was used, and the stuff got stronger and stronger and more unpredictable in its effects. I got lost in my own head a couple of times, and had some tachycardic (excessively high heart rate) episodes before I said, “fuck this shit.” It didn’t feel safe or even pleasant any more. I would absolutely NOT recommend that anyone buy or use the stuff that’s out there now. Move to Colorado and smoke weed. It’s much safer and more pleasant.
