I’m gonna do my level best to attend!! We had a death in the family and his memorial service is that day. I am not sure of the time as it depends on his family and they haven’t shared a lot of info yet…
Ringo is the game gonna be televised in Houston?? If not lots of Houstonians might be travelling here to get tv reception.( not sure how the tv rules apply for the super bowl). If so hotel rooms might be at a premium…
I’m certainly noy an authoritative source, but I doubt they’ll blackout the Superbowl in the host city. Nevertheless, I’ll attend to a hotel room this evening.
OK, I’ve got a hotel room on the Riverwalk, so I’m definitely commited. I’m going to email Audrey now.

Minor glitch! Due to some last minute schedule shuffling, it turns out I do have to work that day, but I will still be there, I just won’t be there until 7:30 or so. So don’t everyone leave before I get there!
I would be interested in a SA dopefest (I’d drive from Austin), but this weekend isn’t good and neither is the month of February. If anybody is interested in something in March or April, I would be able to join you.
Hmm…, OK, Craneop2’s unsure of his schedule, Lucretia can’t be there until 7:30 and we haven’t heard from purrplebear in a week. The last stated time of proposed gathering was 6:00 PM.
Now, if I go and sit in La Margarita’s bar by myself for an hour and a half, I’m liable to be a bit margarita’d. I might have made us some new friends by then, but that seems more likely to happen in a bar bar than in a restaurant bar.
So, to those who are comiing, should we make it 7:30 or stick with 6:00? Lacking feedback, I’ll get there by 6:00 (and I will wait for you, Lucretia).

Sorry, sorry. Had a puter glitch, kept me off here most of the week. Had my lower teeth out Wed, and been recouping since.
Ok, it looks as if I can make it, and hopefully Mel also (depending on if he can get his truck running again first, I think). My vote would be for 7p, actually. That will increase the odds I can nab hubby to come along. But, if it is still to be 6p, that is doable also. I think I will have to make up a new Adams Family sign, though.
Looking forward to seeing you all there. Say, Ringo, would you like us to pick you up from your hotel or have you figured out how you will get to the restaurant? Let me know, by email, if you can, where to pick you up at, if that meets with your approval. scratching head ok, does that sound as weird as I think it does? Oh, well. You know what I mean, I trust. 
Since I can’t tell who has or hasn’t seen this, I’ll be at the restaurant at 6:00.
