Just because it’s not clever or secret doesn’t mean that the idiots spewing it don’t think that it is. The guy who called in and said it to Biden during a children’s event certainly thought he would get away with it.

Sure, that first one is obvious, even though it is infantile. If you don’t like Biden, then just say so.

The second is just a pathetic excuse. A single reporter either misheard the crowd at a pretty noisy NASCAR event, or a single reporter chose not to dignify a vulgarity on live TV. Either way, it’s not “the media twisting things they don’t like”.

I don’t know which is more pathetic, people using it, or people defending the use of it, but both are extremely so.

And it might be a surprise to you, but not every single person on the planet knows what the term means. So your idea is that Biden was aware that he’d just been euphemistically told “Fuck You” and chose to repeat the “Fuck You” euphemism rather than ignore it? If he knew about the phrase and wanted to step above it, he’d have said “Yes, let’s wish Brandon Brown a Merry Christmas”. Instead, he made himself look unaware and clueless. Pretty much a snapshot of his presidential term so far.

If there was “no possible response” that Biden could have given that would have countered his trolls, then he should have just ignored the phrase. I don’t agree with your premise, as I think a witty, or at least deflecting, response would have countered the insult. Instead, he fed his trolls by repeating the insult with no apparent awareness that he was being insulted. Maybe Trump was right and Biden is “sleepy”.

Given the past 5 years we’ve had, it’s understandable that some people now believe the President’s job is to sit on the toilet scanning Twitter all day for insults to react to.

I’m here to inform you that this is in fact a recent innovation that most likely won’t endure. I actually love having a President that cares nothing about the idiot memes that circle the right-wing stupidsphere. Or the left-wing stupidsphere for that matter.

You know those collectible coins, those overpriced tacky gold or platinum clad coins adorned with pictures of Elvis or Trump or some other fanboy of the gullible? That was a pretty good grift, but the grifters had to actually expend some effort and a small fraction of their haul to produce and ship cheap POS coin.

But the LGB coin has solved that problem for the grifters, because it’s a virtual collectible coin. You give them money, and you get to tell people you proved your undying love for America by exchanging your real money for worthless virtual money. Apparently the libs really hate it when you send your money to an alt-right grifter instead of keeping it, so this really pisses them off.

Maybe this is just a simple way to launder campaign donations or avoid donor limits.

But it appears it really is as worthless as it seemed at first look….you give LGB coin your real money and get……nothing, but you sure will own the libs! And it will keep you from being silenced, because now you can digitally support the American Dream even if you are serving a life sentence in Facebook jail!
