Actually … this is my first visit to the boards in a while … and what do I find? A thread full of Liberal-related drama that grows new pages while I watch! Bitching about the board software! And (in other threads) Carol Stream being, well, Carol Stream (than which there is no worse insult imaginable).
It’s like I was never gone. Thank goodness there’s one fixed point in a changing world!
I define “liberal” the way von Mises and Hayek (and a large portion of the world) define it. You can, as you know, see the thread to determine how I define “aesthetics”.
My anger towards you has subsided to a mild form of pity. You seem to be handicapped by an inability to properly interpret the emotions and intentions of posters that have engaged you. I do not love you. Sorry.
Perhaps, but for me it is in a respectfull sort of way. It is not uncommon for geniuses to experience difficulties socially.

Well, God Bless America. But I suggest that you actually research liberalism, and you will find that there are many many varieties worldwide. But central to most (except in God Bless America) is the notion of liberty, individual rights, and minimal government intervention.
After all, “liberal” and “liberty” both come from the Latin “liber” — meaning freedom.
