Wonderful news!
Just updating for those who might be interested, we hit 27 weeks tomorrow, which apparently means that Rudy would be llikely to survive if she (we are having a girl!) woul most likely survive if she came early. I’m not too worried about anything like that, though, because this pregnancy seems to be as ‘standard’ as they come. D does have a low lying placenta, but that is likely to correct itself, and if not we can manage. We are seeing the doc on Monday to find out and do the glucose test.

She might want to bring a protein-y snack for after the glucose test is done, all that sugar at once makes a lot of people nauseous. I was OK during mine, but after the blood was drawn I got really dizzy.
Quick update for those interested. Rudy (official name Cameron Kate Jennifer B) was born yesterday by c-section. Mum and baby doing well.
