Same here. I don’t agree with this; it’s too feminine.
I’m with you on this one- not my thing, but hey, go nuts. I think part of the reason for the negativity is that it’s perceived as cross-dressing, and that almost always gets a viscerally negative response- no matter how tolerant people think they are.
But hey, this is underwear- there’s nothing playful or fun about it. Underwear is SERIOUS BUSINESS.
I really dig some cross-dressing (Eddie Izzard, or Tim Curry in Rocky Horror, for example) but that first link isn’t doing anything for me. I guess I’m not a huge fan of women in that kind of lingerie, so men wearing it really doesn’t work for me.
Was that site created 19 days ago?
Yes.
Here in Italy you have men’s styles, for example these in boxer briefs that some of my northern European friends who come visit me find kind of ridiculous. This same shop used to even do them with a floral pattern. I kind of like it. But it’s miles away from the OP’s link, which I really hope is a joke.
No and hell no.
Interesting mens underwear has neither polka dots or lace. Now I have to wash out my brain having seen that. Yech. If I were gay, which I’m not, seeing a dude in that stuff would turn me straight.
Those pictures confused me a little. My experience with men in lingerie has been that the men either a) want to be humiliated by the experience or b) want to look feminine and feel female. Unlike most posters in this thread, I was expecting a man in a bra when I clicked on those images. But I was NOT expecting to see a big, buff, obviously male model smiling and laughing with his girlfriend while wearing a nightie.
the entire fashion “industry” should be taken out back and shot.
regardless of whether this is or isn’t real.
Umm, no. just no. that shit’s just creepy.
it was a good idea, but there wasn’t enough taffeta
there’s never enough fucking taffeta, goddamn it
Also, in re: this poll, “I am a man and I’m into it” doesn’t let one clarify one is into wearing it, ogling it, or both.
You’re concerned the poll option with two votes isn’t sufficiently detailed?
Seeing as I’m one of the votes (and the other is a vote made in error), this should clear it up: only into wearing it at a partner’s request, but charmed by the idea in general, and don’t mind ogling men wearing it.
My conclusion from this thread:
Homme Mystere: misunderstood, ahead of its time.
Hell, I’m not even overly interested in women’s lingerie. I prefer a good pair of flannel pyjamas.
Though it would be interesting to see that one-sided blue thing as a bathing suit.
Well, I for one would like to thank the OP for the link.
I needed a ten minute laugh. Thanks.
Ew. Just…ew. Are you sure that’s not an April Fool’s site?
I’m all for men in lingerie like silk boxers and whatnot, but frilly pink lacy…eww! I don’t even like that kind of thing as women’s lingerie. Why would I like it on a guy?
One of those 2 votes for “i’m a man and i’m into it” was mine, and I didn’t check the photos before I voted. I was thinking actual sexy men’s lingerie, not women’s lingerie slightly cut differently and put on a man.
“I’m more turned on my women in pyjamas than lingerie; I just want to know they feel comfortable.”

I bet it is, actually. Real mens underwear sites look like the one linked to above. They guy looks more like one of the guys writing the site, not a model, and there are never women in the ads.
Ugh. No. Just no.
There’s something not-quite-right in the examples given. So I will say,
No. Just no.
