The Lions are blacked out again. So again they will not show the game in Detroit. They want to have the fans follow them but they will blackout. The blackout rule is crazy anyway.So Nitpick Culpepper will start and we will not see it.
The team doesn’t have a choice about the blackout I don’t think - strictly NFL rules.
They can get around it, though- they just have to buy up the empty seats and cover them. Jacksonville does it all the time; they hardly ever sell enough tickets to fill Alltel, or whatever it’s called now.
Ah, I recall those fine blackout years in Cincinnati. Thankfully, we’ve completely rebounded from those torrid years…oh wait…
