No doubt. The last gossip line I saw was the she has no regrets about anything she’s done. She is seriously messed up in the head.
While I hesitate to admit it, my first thought on hearing about Sheen’s tax donation was to wonder if he made Lohan whore herself out for it.
What makes you think he didn’t just agree to the fee?
Rhymers are very specific. If I had meant I believe that Lohan gave or promised sexual favors to Charlie Sheen in exchange for his helping her with her IRS bill, I would have written that. I meant I wondered whether the transaction was pornographic in nature, but I do not know if it is true.
Maybe Sheen is feeling some sort of “us versus them” [paparazi, for example] comaraderie with Lohan.
I hope that is the case; I prefer it to the sexual explanation.
Or he might just be feeling generous. People do that.
There have been rumors that she’s been doing that for years. Just rumors as far as I know, but she admits to being paid to ‘show up’ at events around the world. I’m somewhat doubtful anyone was willing pay money simply for her presence, but the ultra-rich are different than you and me. For one thing, they have a lot more money.
I think perhaps you’re taking my comment a little too seriously. 
However, and having said that, you’re clearly of the opinion that if sexual favors were traded for tax money, Sheen “made” Lohan whore herself out in order to make it happen. I’m wondering why that seems to be your default presumption rather than what to my mind would be the more likely one, which would be that Lohan offered the deal and Sheen accepted.
After all, Sheen has a long history of willingly paying a fee for sex to women who ask. He doesn’t have any history that I’m aware of for using his money to leverage women who aren’t prostitutes to begin with into giving up sex in return for financial favors.

But we would need to examine Sheen’s other charitable donations to see if this is typical of him or not, correct? Why not donate to some homeless folks?
In Hollywood it’s not unusual to see stars helping out their own kind. Many of them have encountered hard times before making it big, and they seen many experience those hard times afterwards as well. It may simply be charity on Sheen’s part, though he may be expecting some kind of favor in the future even if there was no explicit agreement for one. He’s dumb enough to trust her to come through on that. I think she’ll probably never talk to him again. This girl is tabloid gold.
I don’t think so. A person might be willing to give or lend money to a friend without being willing to give to charity; a person willing to give only so much money to charity might be willing to give more money to a friend. Hell, I’m not rich, but I do all right. I donate money and time to my former church’s homeless ministry, but I’d give more money to a friend or relative to a friend than I’m willing to do for the ministry.
Today is the first time I have heard that Lohan is Sheen’s friend. 
For me, it seems “out of the blue”.
Of course, I don’t follow the lives of celebrities very closely. I only hear about them when they make the national news level.
Not that I’m defending Lindsay Lohan, but it’s not unusual for stars to get paid for simply showing up to an event. A true superstar like Brad Pitt or George Clooney might not do it, but a B-lister? Sure. Sometimes, it even backfires. Just ask Hilary Swank.
It’s certainly possible. She might be willing to show up for a low price if the travel and expenses are paid, and she assumes there will be drugs at the party. I felt sorry for her at one point, but she just keeps on digging that hole. I can see a long career for her portraying herself as a victim as she continues her descent.
She has been the target of tons of blind items suggesting that she prostitutes herself out in order to be accommodated at international events. Sometimes even with photographic (ish) evidence.
A poor script and a poor match for the male lead can bomb out even a good actress so don’t go blaming this all on Lohan. She doesn’t deserved to be pitted for the whole mess. Besides, Liz herself was often over the top at times.
But seeing Lohan as the actress of choice for Liz did make me wonder about the quality of the movie to begin with. If it had been a better script, or a better project, bigger name actresses would have been clamoring for the part.
Wait, since when was Lohan a bad actress? I thought the general line was that she was a decent to good actress that fucked up her career with questionable life choices.
At least, most of the movies I’ve seen her in (which admittedly, are mostly from when she was a kid/teen + Mean Girls which is one of the bestest films ever) she did pretty well.
Yeah, that was always my opinion. That she had talent (she her in Prairie Home Companion) but is busy destroying it, and herself.
