So, I’ve apparently been under a rock the last two days, because somehow I missed that thishappened.
The first link is to the official version, showing the lead-up, and with much better sound quality.
The second link has the WHOLE scene (almost twice as long) and I think has a better showing of just how badly the entire room lost their shit during the performance.
On both of them, a close watch of his facial expressions is very amusing. He’s a real trouper, and I don’t think he was quite expecting this reception.
God I love Tom Hiddleston. I would turn into a puddle if they gave Loki a feature film of his own.
Apparently during the teaser showing, Tom was backstage getting his costume off, and came back out at the end as himself and apologized for Loki being an ass.
Why yes, I am a giant geek, thank you for noticing.
You can catch the full Marvel panel by clicking links from the Youtube pages linked above. I’m of split minds: Part of me is jealous of those who were there, and part of me is so glad I didn’t have to put up with all those people. I’ve been to Comic-Con 7 times. That is enough without a press pass.
following one of the links to a blooper, i wonder how Captain America caught his shield if it wasn’t CGI? at the minimum, it would look to be a magnitude harder than catching a hammer…
