Know what? In my humble opinion, the hottest guys have long hair…I don’t know what it is, but long hair does it for me VERY time…it’s just so sexy…in fact, out of about 7 guys I’ve done “things” with, only one had short hair…and by short, I mean can’t reach the eyes…and I only know ONE chick who loves long haired dudes as much as me…any other females agree? Any guys w/long hair and pics? 
I can’t stand really long hair, maybe because I have long hair and I’m so used to seeing it on girls in my family that it just looks odd on guys. I don’t mind kinda long hair, less than shoulder length, as long as it’s nice and soft and stuff. But other than that I really don’t like it.

I love long hair on a guy, but it depends on a couple factors:
- Length - (yes, [hair-] length does matter here…) hair that reaches below the waist is too long - my fingers get tangled; I prefer to mid-back (but no back hair!).
- Grooming - Well-cared for hair is definitely a turn-on. Uncombed/unbrushed, unwashed, stringy hair is not.
Of course, Roomate’s hair looks funny if it gets too long. Fine, fly-away hair: looks like it was brushed with a hand-grenade. <sigh> I can always fantasize.

I don’t really like long hair on a guy. I mean, as long as it’s above the shoulders it’s ok. As long as it’s nice hair anyway. Personally I love the opposite extreme. Hair buzzed short so it feels all nice and fuzzy. It just makes me want to rub their head(s).
I think as long as a guy looks good with the haircut he has, it’s fine with me. I’m attracted to both types.
I like long hair on guys–but only if it’s groomed nicely–or is at least evened well so it doesn’t look unkempt.
grins The reason I like long hair to look pretty is because it makes the man look pretty, too. 
In a gentle, feminine sort of way. Especially if they have the facial features and demeanor to match it. I guess I have a thing for ‘fairys’ Which brings up another question I had…I don’t mean to ‘hijack’ the post, but it is related to Malarky’s original post.
I’m a gay male–and I like long hair when it makes other men look more reserved and soft and cuddly and feminine…but for what reason do women like long hair on their men? I realize the reason for like/dislike must be different for each person, but as long as the post is here–I’m curious about getting a good sampling from each person’s opinion.
Oh–and as for Malarky’s request… (couldn’t resist an opportunity to flaunt myself.

It looks kinda short–but it’s just tied back. I wanna get it down to my mid-back eventually–but right now, it’s just past my shoulders. It’s even both in front and in back. (I like bangs.)

My wife loves it when I let my hair grow out, but this summer I had to cut it… I work at a medical facility in Fargo, and I was noticing people tended to stereotype me because of the hair. (hippy, dope fiend) Since I got it cut short, old people are more likely to smile when I say helo, and ask me for help at the clinic when they are lost.
All that plus I am balding on top and the long hair was starting to look silly…to me anyway. Wife cried when I cut it…
I have long hair. I like guys with long hair. With two distinguishing criteria: It must be clean, it must be healthy.
Michael Bolton’s pathetic attempt to draw attention away from his receding hairline with a bounty of scraggly hair gasping for 911 is not sexy. It is not a fashion statement; it IS a desperate cry for help! He needs to eat better (to grow healthy hair) and he really needs a good conditioner (to fix the nasty case of ill health he has already put his hair through).
Wish I could give an example of some famous male with great long hair but it’s late and I can’t think of a soul…
