Looking for a French TV series/movie equivalent of 'Blackadder' or 'Fawlty Towers'

I’m looking for a French TV series/movie equivalent of ‘Blackadder’ or ‘Fawlty Towers’(very different settings of course). I’ve seen some hilarious French comedies over the years and some set in medieval France. Sadly, I never noted the names of the shows I watched. Can anyone help identify any such equivalent shows/series/movies with links if possible.

Les Visiteurs is a medieval comedy, but it is mostly set in the present day thanks to time travel.

Both of the following are farcical situation comedies of unintended consequences (which seems like a common theme in Fawlty Towers)

For a French medieval series: Kaamelott, parody of king Arthur and the quest of graal. Be sure to see from the debut, there is 6 seasons. The first ones are short sketches (but with an overall evolution, new characters introduced) and in the later seasons there is a darker turn, withe longer episodes.

there is also Herocorp parody of superheroes with some retired living in a small isolated village.

And La petite histoire de France sketches on near famous historical characters ( brother of Joan of Arc, or Napoleon,etc…)

Also Un gars, une fille contemporary couple with everyday lives.

you can also try Le Palmashow and their long movie La folle histoire de Max et Léon or a webserie Le visiteur du futur.
