Looking for this CAD Program

It was shareware back in 2002 era but may be commercial now or extinct. It did all flavors of AutoCad including newer versions that the Army / Air Force map folks didn’t have yet. The distinguishing thing was that English was a menu option but may of the sub-menus were partially in Italian (wasn’t a problem since I’d lived in Italy for 5 years).

I was using AutoCad maps generated from the Air Force program Falcon View. I developed explosive safety site plans based on distance arcs from possible explosive sites. My bosses wouldn’t spring for AutoCad so I adapted. I just can’t remember the name anymore - if still in existence for a reasonable price I would get as it worked well for my purposes.

check out www.intellicad.org, and especially this page on their site:
4M - 4MCAD
It does most of what Autocad does.
I see that now they charge money, but for several years, intellicad was a totally free program, and I suppose you could probably find someplace to download the older version.
