It was shareware back in 2002 era but may be commercial now or extinct. It did all flavors of AutoCad including newer versions that the Army / Air Force map folks didn’t have yet. The distinguishing thing was that English was a menu option but may of the sub-menus were partially in Italian (wasn’t a problem since I’d lived in Italy for 5 years).
I was using AutoCad maps generated from the Air Force program Falcon View. I developed explosive safety site plans based on distance arcs from possible explosive sites. My bosses wouldn’t spring for AutoCad so I adapted. I just can’t remember the name anymore - if still in existence for a reasonable price I would get as it worked well for my purposes.
