I don’t know if this is an error or not, but Budget Player Cadet’s user name is breaking over two lines for me. That’s disconcerting.
I just checked in another thread. if you disabled sigs in your options, then it overrides the checked boxes in both Reply and Quick Reply.
Disabling sigs in your options, from what I can tell, just hides you from seeing anyone’s sigs. They’re still there to people who don’t turn it off.
Your sig still displays for me.
