Losing sleep! What IS this song??

I absolutely need to know the title and/or who performed it. Was it in a movie? It’s an Asian sounding song.

I don’t know how to notate music, so in this example anything below middle C is lower case, and a “-” = rest

Where did you hear it?

I heard it a few years ago when I lived in Taiwan. Probably on TV but can’t remember for sure. My Chinese friends all know this song, but they too can’t name it. It may be a traditional Chinese song, but the arrangement I recall was very contemporary sounding.
